This is similar to a keyboard, but it does not have the full set of characters.

Most often the keypad consists of the numbers 0 to 9 along with an 'Enter' and 'Cancel' key.

You will see keypads as part of the Chip and Pin readers used in shops that let you authorise payment with a debit or credit card.
