Test Plan
A 'Systems Life Cycle' document.
In the 'testing' phase of the systems life cycle, a number of planned tests are carried out to ensure the system meets the design specification.
A 'Test Plan' is the formal document that describe these tests. Once the tests are complete and satisfactory, the 'test plan' is signed off by an authorised person.
