Template
A template is a standard document with pre-set layouts and formats.
A template determines the basic structure and settings of a document and includes; formatting, page formatting, inserting text and graphics.
Every word-processed document is based on a template. The templates cover a range of different documents including memos, reports, letters and faxes.
These templates have pre-set formats and the user simply inserts the text required.
