Laser Pointer
A presentation tool. It is a small hand-held laser beam mounted in a pen-sized container.
The presenter points the pen at some interesting point on the slide being shown. A small, bright, red point appears on the slide where the laser beam touches it.
The laser is harmless, but pointing it directly into someone's eye should be avoided.
