6. Use Case

The main purpose of the Use Case is to capture the expected system behaviour from the point of view of the end-user. For example there might be a use case for loading the system with an new order, or there might be an use case for creating an invoice and so on.

Diagrams can be used to clarify the actions. There are also formal tools such as UML ( Universal Modelling Language) to do this if needed.
