1. Introduction
This section will introduce you to 'computer architecture', which describes how a computer is conceptually put together.
The Von Neumann architecture will be described along with other forms of computer such as parallel processors.
It will also introduce you to the internal elements of a central processing unit such as its registers and how it handles a program in a fetch-execute cycle.
